Catherine Fogel is a passionate expert in gastronomy with a unique ability to pick up nuances in scents and tastes. Trained olive oil tasting panel leader and Maître Fromager, she became the first Dane admitted to the international cheese lodge. Her 20 years of experience in sourcing gourmet specialties and multicultural background have made her a respected taste judge at international competitions. Catherine shares her passion for food and gastronomy through Olivoteque, where she invites you to experience her expertise and love of culinary adventure.
