- For many years I have made it my mission to make vegetables taste good and at the same time experiment with new produce, such as seaweed and microalgae. Together with Danish chefs, I have been at the forefront and been the driving force behind increasing the Danish gastronomic offer of producers and unique products in Denmark.

 

I would like to make use of my many years in the industry, within gastronomy and the development of food and agriculture, and help develop and support the green transition within food production and new innovative initiatives. Together with the next generation, with a focus on the food of the future, I would like to help create a new wave in society, where it becomes more common to eat plant-based and to eat food with more nutrition and good taste.

Francis Cardenau

Francis is first and foremost a chef and always will be. After many years as a restaurateur, he has spent the last 5 years running a small agricultural production, several board positions for, among other things, Bocuse d'or and, of course, helping to run this family business.

Francis makes sure that we always have things under control, that French humor is included in everything we do and of course that we get something good to eat.

Henriette Cardenau

Henriette has several training courses in coaching both personally and in a professional context. Henriette brings an incredible amount of experience in consultancy, personal and professional development, which we make great use of in the whole family.

In addition, Henriette is a visionary leader who drives our family and our projects in the direction we want and based on the strategy we have set.

Henriette makes sure that we always work with the right partners, that we stick to our mission, vision and good energy.

Claire Cardenau

After many years in large companies, Claire brings some corporate structure and strategy to our projects.

With roles within digital strategy, product management and all other aspects within marketing, Claire brings some completely different skills than the rest of the family.

Claire makes sure that we work efficiently, based on the same strategy, sets our common goals and the way to get there for the various projects.

Victor Cardenau

Victor has partly followed in his father's footsteps and has always been in the food industry. Victor has been self-employed for many years with his own catering business, co-owner of a delicatessen, as well as many other exciting projects.

He brings an incredible amount of experience in all aspects of running a business. He is everything from our accountant to project manager and raw material specialist.

In addition, Victor ensures that we never run out of projects, ideas, concepts and brings in an incredibly high level of energy every day.
