We grew up with food made properly.

With raw materials, craftsmanship and time in the kitchen.

Balance that brings the dish together. We choose a few products and go into depth. They must work again and again. And make sense every time.

We develop and select our products in close collaboration with producers, primarily in France, and test them in our own kitchen.

Everything is used in practice.

If something doesn't contribute clear flavor, balance, or real enjoyment, it's not part of CARDENAU.
