Ticket: Long table dinner with Bo & Lisbeth Jacobsen - Wednesday 28 August 2024

After a series of unforgettable long table dinners at our country house, we are looking forward to this new initiative, where we regularly invite culinary personalities home to create magical moments in our small barn.

The same cozy concept, but now with a new face on board! We want to give our talented colleagues the opportunity to get out of their usual surroundings, feel the fresh air in the countryside and be inspired to create meals in a different way than they do in their restaurants.

This time we have had the pleasure of being able to have the most lovely and homecoming couple Lisbeth and Bo Jacobsen.

Bo and Lisbeth have served fantastic Danish food with great craftsmanship and pride for many decades. They have published cookbooks and enriched the Danish food culture and were one of the names you remember best when it comes to the gastronomic revolution in Denmark.

Now they have retreated to Italy, but still we lured them to visit our country house!

We look forward to sharing this gastronomic and completely unique day with you!
