Signed book - The Chef Who Had Enough

This book follows Francis Cardenau in the year in which he slowly comes to the realization that after 45 years he has had enough. We take him on an emotional journey back to the south-west of France of his childhood and youth in an attempt to rediscover his culinary roots – yes, his entire family history. At the same time, the book is the story of the years when Danish gastronomy rose towards the stars, told by one of Denmark's most influential chefs.
