  • An olive oil created with hands, heart and history

At CARDENAU, we don't just choose olive oil – we choose people and values. That's why we work with Peña Luna, a family-owned producer in southern Spain, who combine three generations of craftsmanship with a deep respect for the land.

Peña Luna harvests their organic Arbequina and Pico Limón olives in Pedrera and cold-presses them the same day to preserve the fruity, balanced flavor. This is where our award-winning "Ancestral" blend is created.

We discovered Peña Luna through Catherine Fogel, a renowned olive oil expert and master blender and our close partner, who has worked with the family for years. Every year we travel to the harvest in November, where we select the year's oils together with the producer and compose the flavor. The final blend is 100% our own - developed with the same care that we put into all our products.

In addition to producing exceptional olive oil, Peña Luna runs a foundation that works to improve life in rural areas, especially for young people and women. It's true taste with a conscience.

That's why we chose Peña Luna. Because good olive oil starts with good people.
